Return, Replacement, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Koishu Digital Private Limited aims to provide clear and fair after-sales support. This policy applies to purchases made directly through koishudigital.com.

1. Order cancellation

You may request cancellation before the order is dispatched. Contact us promptly with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable return process may apply.

2. Return window

Eligible products may be returned within 10 business days from delivery, subject to the conditions below and any product-specific terms displayed at the time of purchase.

3. Return conditions

The product should be returned with the relevant accessories, packaging and documentation. Products that show misuse, unauthorized modification, abnormal damage or other conditions inconsistent with reasonable inspection may be rejected after evaluation.

4. Damaged, defective or incorrect product

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact customer support as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs or videos where relevant. Koishu may inspect the product before approving replacement, return or refund.

5. Replacement

A product confirmed to have a manufacturing or functional defect within the first 7 days from delivery may qualify for replacement under the warranty/return verification process.

6. Warranty versus return

After the applicable return/replacement period, manufacturing or functional defects may be handled under the product's warranty terms. Warranty coverage varies by product and the applicable warranty period should be checked on the product page, invoice, warranty card or packaging.

7. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, Koishu will initiate the refund to the original payment method where technically possible. Koishu's internal processing time may be up to 14 business days after approval; additional time may be taken by the payment provider or bank.

8. Partial refunds

Where permitted, a partial refund may be considered after evaluation if an eligible return is received incomplete or materially different from the condition required under this policy.

9. Promotional orders

Promotional offers may carry additional terms. Any such terms will be displayed with the relevant offer and will not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Return shipping

Return or replacement shipping arrangements will depend on the reason for the request and the applicable product/order circumstances. Support will provide instructions after reviewing the request.
