KOISHU Warranty Policy

Effective date: 20 August 2026

Koishu warranty coverage applies to eligible products purchased from authorized sales channels. The warranty period and coverage for a particular product are determined by the product page, invoice, warranty card, packaging or other official product documentation.

1. What is covered

Subject to the applicable product warranty, coverage may include manufacturing defects, component failure and functional defects arising from materials or workmanship during normal intended use.

2. What is not covered

Warranty generally does not cover physical damage, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, water or fire damage, abnormal power events, unauthorized repair or modification, normal wear and tear, or purely cosmetic damage, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

3. Early replacement

Where a manufacturing or functional defect is confirmed within 7 days from delivery, the product may qualify for replacement under Koishu's verification process and the applicable return policy.

4. Warranty service after the early replacement period

For an eligible claim after the early replacement period, Koishu may inspect the product and, depending on the product and warranty terms, repair or replace it. Any stated service turnaround is an estimate and may vary because of inspection, logistics, parts availability and other operational factors.

5. Warranty registration

Where registration is offered for a product, customers should complete registration using the official Koishu warranty-registration process and retain proof of purchase. Registration does not replace the requirement to provide valid proof of purchase where required.

6. Warranty claim information

We may request order/invoice details, product details, serial or identification information where applicable, photographs or videos of the issue, and other information reasonably required to assess the claim.

7. Original purchaser and transfer

Unless the applicable product warranty states otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise, warranty benefits are tied to the original purchase and are not automatically transferable.

8. Limitation

Warranty remedies are subject to the specific product warranty and applicable law. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict a consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
