Shipping & Delivery Policy

Koishu Digital Private Limited ships eligible orders to serviceable locations in India through its logistics partners.

1. Shipping charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, are displayed during checkout before payment. Promotional free-shipping offers may have separate conditions.

2. Dispatch and delivery estimates

Dispatch and estimated delivery information is shown during the purchase process or in order communications where available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by logistics, weather, operational disruptions, incorrect addresses and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

3. Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be shared through the order/shipping communication. You can also use the Track Your Order page.

4. Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable contact information. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping or re-dispatch arrangements may apply.

5. Delayed, lost or damaged shipments

If a shipment is delayed, appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us with the order number and relevant evidence. We will coordinate with the logistics provider and provide the applicable resolution under our policies.

6. Undelivered and returned-to-origin orders

If a shipment cannot be delivered and is returned to our facility, contact support for the available re-dispatch or refund options. Any applicable additional shipping cost will be communicated before re-dispatch.
