ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
At Koishu, we are committed to delivering products of exceptional quality and reliability. Every Koishu product is protected by a One Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing and functional defects under normal usage conditions.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
To request warranty service, please contact Koishu Customer Support and provide:
• Proof of purchase
• Registered owner details or serial number
• A brief description of the issue

SERVICE PROCESS
Within 7 Days
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within the first 7 days, the product will be replaced.
After 7 Days
For claims submitted after the replacement period, the product will be collected from your location, inspected, repaired, and returned to you.
Estimated service turnaround time: 7–15 business days.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
